To fill in your profile, your phone or computer shrinks each file into a few page images that our server reads in memory; reading stores nothing. Before you send your profile, you choose whether WorkerPool's education team may keep your documents. If you allow it, the original files are stored privately and used only by our education team to check your credentials and help with your study options. They're never sold or shared outside WorkerPool without asking you, and you can have them deleted at any time by replying to our email. If you don't allow it, your documents are never saved; only the profile you confirm is kept.

Is it really free?
Yes. Student Pool is a free service. You don't pay to upload, to get your profile reviewed or to receive your study options.
When will I hear back?
Within 24 hours of sending your profile, by email (and by phone or WhatsApp if we need anything). Check your spam folder if you don't see it.
Which documents should I upload?
Your 10th and 12th marksheets, any diploma, bachelor's or master's marksheets, transcripts or degree certificates, and your English test result. If you haven't taken an English test yet, tick the box in the English section.
Do you keep my documents?
Only if you say yes. Before sending your profile you can tick a box to let our education team keep your documents so they can check your marks and help with applications. If you don't tick it, your documents are never saved. Either way you can ask us to delete your profile or documents at any time by replying to our email.
Is this immigration advice?
No. Our education consultants help you find suitable programs and colleges. WorkerPool is a data processing company and does not provide immigration advice or representation. For a study permit application, use a licensed immigration consultant (CICC) or a lawyer.
